NGOs & development programmes
Run vaccination and treatment campaigns your funder can audit — farmer by farmer.
Learn moreState veterinary services
Plan campaigns by LGA and ward, see coverage live, and get disease alerts from the field.
Learn moreVaccine & drug companies
See where demand is, prove your product reached animals, and track cold chain and batches.
Learn moreVeterinary businesses
Manage farmers, services, drugs and payments with professional records from day one.
Learn moreMost livestock programme numbers can't be proven.
Vaccination figures travel from paper to WhatsApp to Excel to a donor report. Somewhere on that journey, ghost farmers appear, doses disappear, and nobody can say which animal was really reached.
Weeks
spent cleaning spreadsheets before every report
No proof
that the farmer was visited, or that the service happened
Lost doses
issued vaccine that never meets a real animal
Plan. Reach. Prove. Report.
One connected system from the programme office to the farmer's compound — and back to the funder.
Plan
Set the project, target LGAs and wards, team, vaccines and stock. Assign tasks to field workers.
Reach
Workers register farmers, count animals, vaccinate and treat — on a phone, with or without network.
Prove
GPS, live stamped photos, farmer SMS codes, supervisor checks, call-backs and fraud flags.
Report
Live dashboard, map and one-click monthly donor report. Every figure traces back to a farmer.
Seven layers of proof, on every service.
Data collection is easy. Proving it is true is the hard part — and it is what funders pay for. LivFaRT only marks a service Verified when the evidence holds.
GPS, time & device
Every record is stamped where and when it happened — even offline.
Live, stamped photos
Camera only, no gallery. Organisation, farmer, ward, GPS and time are printed on the photo.
Farmer confirms by SMS
The farmer receives what was done and gives the worker a code — in Hausa or English.
Supervisor review
Supervisors confirm or dispute each service. Nobody can approve their own work.
Random call-backs
A daily random sample of farmers is phoned. A “no” removes the Verified status.
Automatic red flags
Duplicate GPS, reused phones, impossible travel, more animals than the farmer owns.
Stock reconciliation
Doses issued, doses used, doses left — per worker, per batch, per expiry date.

Why LivFaRT exists
Good livestock programmes keep failing on one question: can you prove it? LivFaRT was built by a veterinarian working in the field so every vaccination and treatment can answer yes.
