Does the field app need internet?+
No. Workers download the project once and then work fully offline. Records sync by themselves when network returns, and a record sent twice is never duplicated.
Which phones does it run on?+
Ordinary Android phones, the kind CAHWs and extension workers already carry. There is nothing to buy.
Can we use our own vaccines, drugs and areas?+
Yes. Every project is set up with your LGAs and wards, your vaccines and batches, your team and your targets.
Who owns the data?+
Your organisation. You can download everything at any time in Excel or CSV. LivFaRT processes it for you under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Does the farmer need a phone to confirm?+
No. The record is read back to the farmer and confirmed on the worker’s phone at the visit, offline. Coverage never depends on the farmer owning a phone or having airtime.
Can other organisations see our data?+
No. Every organisation is separated at database level, each user sees only what their role allows, and every change is recorded.
