Frequently asked
Does the field app need internet?+
No. Workers download the project once, then register, count, vaccinate, treat and report fully offline. Records sync automatically when network returns, and a record sent twice is never duplicated.
Which phones does it run on?+
Android phones (the LivFaRT Field app) and any modern phone browser. It is designed for low-cost Android devices used by CAHWs and extension workers.
Can we use our own vaccines, drugs and areas?+
Yes. Projects are set up with your LGAs and wards, your vaccines and batches, your team and targets. Drug groups, species and the notifiable-disease list come ready.
Who owns the data?+
Your organisation. You can download everything at any time in Excel/CSV. LivFaRT processes it for you under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Can it confirm services without SMS?+
Yes. Supervisors can confirm or dispute each service on the dashboard, and random call-backs verify a sample independently. Farmer SMS codes add a further layer where phones are available.
Can other organisations see our data?+
No. Every organisation is separated at database level. Each user only sees what their role allows, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
