Register your organisation
An NGO, government programme, company, practice, institution or farm. It takes about two minutes, with no card details, and the first 30 days are free.

Set up your first project
Choose its areas from all 774 LGAs and 8,809 wards, add your vaccines and treatments, and set your targets.

Invite your team
Each worker gets their own sign in and the offline field app on an Android phone. The first records can reach your dashboard the same day.

What happens after thirty days?
We talk. There is no online payment and we never ask for card details. We agree pricing with you in writing, nothing is deleted meanwhile, and if you decide against it you download everything you entered.
Before you start
The questions people ask first.
Do my field workers need to register too?+
No. You invite them from inside your organisation and each gets their own sign in. They see only the projects and areas you assign to them.
What phones does the field app need?+
Ordinary Android phones, the kind animal health workers and extension staff already carry. There is nothing to buy.
Can we work where there is no network?+
Yes. Workers record everything offline, and it syncs by itself when signal returns, without duplicates.
Who owns the data we enter?+
Your organisation. You can download all of it at any time in Excel or CSV. LivFaRT processes it for you under a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Can we bring farmers we have already registered?+
Yes. Send us what you have, in whatever shape it is in, and we will help you import it.
Can more than one person administer our organisation?+
Yes. The owner can make others administrators, roles go down to field worker, and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
